These terms and conditions apply to anyone purchasing any type of service directly from us or indirectly through a third party.
We are dedicated to providing high quality services to all of our clients. You are required to inform us of any relevant information that may affect the safe and proper delivery of the service. Use of our services is at the client's own responsibility.
We reserve the right to make changes to the service schedule, hours of operation, prices and staff at any time.
You are responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any personal belongings that you bring with you. We recommend that you do not bring valuables.
The client has an obligation to pay for the booked services. Payment is made in advance, before the service is provided.
We reserve the right to deny a service or cancel a booking if payment is not processed.
We may change the prices of our services at any time. New prices take effect upon their publication on our website.
Service bookings are made exclusively through our website. A booking is considered valid only after the payment has been completed. Without prior payment, the booking will not be confirmed.
Clients may book a service no later than 2 (two) hours before its scheduled start time. After this deadline, the system will not allow additional bookings.
We kindly ask you to book your spot in a timely manner to ensure proper organization for each service.
Due to limited availability, we have a strict cancellation policy. You can cancel a service no later than 4 hours before it starts. If you do not show up for the scheduled service or do not cancel the booking in time, the service will be charged in full as if it had been provided.
Please cancel the service immediately if you cannot attend. This will free up a spot for someone else.
The payments made for our services are non-refundable. Unused services are not transferred to the next period.
If you are not satisfied with the services provided or believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us directly through the contact details on our website, explaining the reasons for the request so that we can adequately respond.
Please note that even in case of a refund, an amount of 10% may be retained to cover administrative costs.
